With over 20 years of experience focused on the personal and professional development of women, Kamara is a subject matter expert in mindfulness, building self-confidence, practicing self-love, creating purpose and finding contentment.
As a healthcare business professional in both hospital and community-based sectors, Kamara successfully led both clinical and administrative teams across the entire healthcare continuum. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a BS in Community Health, and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
As a professional and mother-of-two, Kamara understands the challenges that many women face today. It is for this reason that Kamara founded Tiaras and Lipstick®, offering coaching programs focused on the betterment of women and designed to transform their lives.
As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I am formally trained to meet you exactly where you are and help you get to where you're meant to be. This certification equips me with the tools and frameworks to help women break through self-doubt, uncover their purpose, and build lives rooted in clarity and confidence..
My MBA in Healthcare Administration gave me a deep command of organizational leadership, strategic planning, and systems thinking. This foundation shapes the way I guide women through life's transitions — with structure, intention, and a results-driven mindset that turns vision into action.
My degree in Community Health instilled in me a deep understanding of the whole person — mind, body, and environment. This lens reminds me that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and it grounds my coaching approach in empathy, cultural awareness, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of every woman I serve.
A note from Kamara...
It is said that transformation does not take a long time to occur - it actually happens in a flash. What takes a long time is the process in ‘making the decision’ to want to make a change. Discernment is a powerful tool, one that we often underestimate and take for granted. For years, I poured myself into everyone and everything around me... I had lost myself in the exhaustion of life. Instead of really living, I was just existing, until I made the intentional decision to choose myself. I finally realized that putting myself first, mattered. And since then, I've not looked back.
In short, I'm just an ordinary woman who has experienced extraordinary things, pouring my faith, backstory and experience into my coaching practice. I offer no smoke and mirrors, no unrealistic promises… no sugar coating… no lies. Tiaras and Lipstick® is about truth. What I offer is healing, strategy and empowerment.
